These Assurance Guards have an adhesive strip on the back that keeps them secure, preventing slipping and sliding.     These are the MAXIMUM ABSORBENCY. Knowing that, I need to tell you that they really help my husband’s confidence. They aren’t perfect……..some leaks go through, but wearing them has given him the assurance that MOST issues will go unnoticed. He has needed some time to adjust to the need for wearing them, but overall, they are a real plus to boost his morale, which was going downhill before I bought them. His confidence is becoming more and more positive due to these.
