A child’s dream

I ordered this for my niece’s birthday and I was so excited to see her open and play with this. I ordered it through the app on my phone, and I have to admit, the picture fooled me into thinking this included a toy Casita along with the figurines. I was really disappointed (along with feeling a little foolish) that the house was just part of the packaging and there wasn’t a toy Casita for her to play with, especially for the price. My niece loves the figurines, but secretly it bothers me that the picture fooled me into paying so much for simple figurines an no house to play in.

I purchased this item for my 7 yr old grandson who just loved Disney’s El Encanto and added them to his easter basket. They are small so keep away from children under 4. But he enjoyed having all the characters and had fun playing! I just felt theyre a bit over priced.

Very flimsy
They are so flimsy that I can’t give them as a gift. They will break way to easy. I know it’s not the sellers fault but they are definitely not worth that much money.

My 7 year old took one look and said “Ugh what a joke! What am I supposed to do with that? They’re so small I can barely see their faces! This is junk!” The figurines are small, around the size of a quarter. The house is not part of the toy, but rather the packaging. Looking back at the photos you can tell that, but upon my initial viewing of the ad, it appeared that the house was part of the set.

Do Not Buy!!! Horrible Experience!!
BEWARE! DO NOT BUY!! Items received were ridiculously small for the price. Was forced to return via snail mail. Return was “lost” in the mail & I did not receive refund. Horrible experience. Would give negative stars if I could.

I’m pissed that this says 3 months and older in product details but the box says 3 YEARS. Good grief. Useless for my 1 yo niece who has recently started getting interested in her older sister’s dollhouse figures and LOVES encanto 🙁

Everything was horrible
not even in its original package it had plastic wrap on it and the castle was made out of paper. And for 50$ that I paid it was worth nothing. But to my niece she was not upset but to me I was and I can’t return it because she loved it and doesn’t know what is going on.

Image is very misleading
Very disappointed. Ultimately, it’s my fault for not investigating this product more before I bought it, but when I looked at the picture and saw the price I assumed the casita was included. The image is very misleading.

House is a decent size but the dolls themselves are a joke. Ridiculously small. Something you would get out of a gumball machine.

Way overpriced for very cheap toy!
Save yourself the waste of money. I paid $42 buck for this toy that is worth about $10. Very small and cheap. A few pieces broke on the first day.

Cute, but Overpriced and NOT Durable
Bought these to put into our little one’s Easter baskets. We knew they would be small, but considering how much Encanto is loved in our house, we figured they would be worth it. They are even smaller than expected and thin plastic. After one day of playing, the heads are starting to fall off some of the most beloved characters. the necks are too small. This has led to a lot of tears and frustration. Our little ones were not being rough with them either. To charge over $40 for this set, considering the quality, is downright usury. Would not recommend it.

Amazing!!
My kids LOVE this set!! The characters are small, but SO fun! They would be the perfect size for cupcake toppers or cake decorating, but also loads of fun just to play with.When my kids first saw it they got all excited and ended up playing with them ALL DAY!! . . . and they’ve continued playing with it for almost 2 weeks straight now!They love the fact that this set has ALL the family characters (other sets only have a few, but not all of the family members). And I love the fact that there are enough characters for my 4 kids to share out between them so that all of them can be playing and having fun at the same time.No complaints here! Would definitely recommend this set!

They broke in less than 3 weeks.
My child is 4. He loves the Encanto movie and enacting the scenes with the figures. The head broke off on 2 of the figures in less than 3 weeks. Why make toys that can’t be played with. I guess they’re really just for display. Don’t buy if your child will want to play with them.

Encanto family
The item is expensive for the items received. The box came dented and the package opened inside. There was no packing pillows in the box. The figures, themselves, were undamaged, luckily. If it wasn’t a special gift for our granddaughter for Easter I would have returned it.
