The doll looks fine and cute but not sure what the heck happened to the packaging. This is a gift for my 2 year old daughter but I’d be embarrassed to gift it to anyone else with that packaging.

PROS- Very cute doll with a nice costume and the hair will be a real doll pleaser for my granddaughter.CONS- I gave this item 2 stars for “giftable”, as the box was damaged during shipping. The box is just light cardboard with flimsy cellophane. It arrived inside a light bubble wrap envelope, not a box which would have prevented damage. Thankfully, the doll wasn’t damaged, which is easily possible with a without proper shipping container of sort. Too late to return it so, I’ll have to clean up the doll box to make it “giftable”. Very annoying in the midst of a wrapping countdown!

Great price, but doll box was damaged because it was shipped in an envelope!
Loved the doll but the packaging got mangled and broken because it was sent in a thin mailer envelope with very minimal, inadequate padding. I’m very unhappy with the way it was sent because it was intended to be a gift! I can’t do that now, but it’s not worth my time to drive 12 miles to the nearest UPS store to return it. Nice doll, great price, horrible shipping packaging.

Be careful to look at the doll size
We bought this for our granddaughter not realizing how small it is, similar to Barbie Doll size. Her mama bought her another Moana doll that was much bigger so we returned this doll

Knock off Moana
This doll looks so bad. The face doesn’t even look like Moana. I was going to return it but it was on sale for $6 and wasn’t even worth the gas of making the return.

Great doll but box was greasy
The doll came exactly as shown, however the back of the packaging felt very greasy and oily. It did not affect the function or appearance of the toy but since it was a gift, I had to tape extra wrapping paper to hide the greasy feeling.
