Lives up to it’s name
I bought this product for my son, and he loves it! He says it’s stretchy, a fidget toy, and entertaining. This holds up very well, given that my son plays with it everyday, for the past month! The only thing is that we thought that the things inside the goo would be in both, but it turns out that it’s only in one (the blue one). Overall, great toy!!

My son wanted this for a very long time. After he received it, about three weeks or so it broke one of them because he overstretched it. The other one is lying somewhere. A bit stiff . But if you just want to make your child happy then it is a decent buy

I bought this two pack for my Goo-Jit Zu loving son. He was thrilled with the toys. I was happy that the quality of these new ones, is much better than the first wave of Goo Jit Zu toys – they seem like the rubber is “thicker” and thus less likely to break open. They also are not “painted” on like originals so you do not have to worry about the color coming off of the toy. We have only had them for a couple weeks, but so far so good and they are getting tested by a 4 year old and a 2 year old. (I personally think the “Rock Jaw” gator is cool – it’s filled with dark water beads!)Side note – Rock Jaw is NOT a water squirter, Blazagon is. (His head also comes off so you can let it dry out or clean it – so no need to worry about it getting moldy!)

Cool, but pricey
My son really liked these after seeing cartoon clips of them. They were super hard to find in a reasonable price range. We bought this two pack under twenty dollars. The alligator with chunky parts already had a crack after the first day so he was super careful with it. Could have been from packaging. The paint like other reviewers said, also started to come off. He was fine with that and really liked them anyway. He decided maybe the ones with the smoother inside fillers would do better than the chunky filler, maybe would last longer. These definitely seemed overpriced for how well they may last. My son really likes them but set the alligator one up on display so it wouldn’t bust. Cool but a little pricey. Since he saved his money, he was having a little buyers remorse, but still looking for ones priced reasonably.

The new Stretch Armstrong
My kids love them but beware of swords. If your kids mix up their toys like mine do, then the possibility of these things getting stabbed is a real thing. Goo will come out but luckily they used a Lego sword so the oozing was slow enough to not be problematic to my floors so I can’t speak to that possible damage.One has lasted since Christmas 2020 and the other lasted about a month into 2021 but that mostly has to do with my kids making one a bad guy who constantly had a sword jabbed at him, not inferior toy quality.

The packaging was heavily damaged when it got here, which made no sense because everything else in the box was completely fine, and the box has not a single dent on it. Other than that, they seem durable enough for a 4 year old if you tell them to not be too rough with them

Fun product
I bought this for my eight year old son as a birthday gift and he loves it! Depending on which figures you get you have different textures. Not only did my oldest son love them but his sister and younger brothers have asked to have their own. I will warn that a few of these figures if they get holes in them should be thrown away. We have one that had marbles for the insides and once there was the smallest hole in the foot they kept falling out. Other than that my kids love them, they are stretchy but not non penetrable.

Kids love them, yet they pop easily.
Kids absolutely love these. Yet, they pop so easily. Kids want to stretch them and put all of the beads/liquid/water beads in one area and so they pop. We’ve gotten many of these in different shapes and sizes and with different fillers. They have all popped at some point. I will still get them because my son loves them. He tries to be so careful with them. They’re fun and he wants to use them to his little heart’s content and so they don’t last long.

I love one, my kid likes the others
surprisingly these get played with by everyone. I don’t care for the goop ones or rock ones ect. But my kid does because they match the guys in the show. That is always fun. My favorite however is the SUPER stretchy one. where I can pull on him from all directions really far and he goes back to normal.NOW!!!! Before just buying like I was going to because my kid wanted one like a friend. THEY ARE DIFFERENT! We wanted the stretchy one and I thought they were all the same. I realized they are different and do have different fillings. Like this set I got one is the extra long stretch and then the green guy is filled with rocks! Totally cool they are different but if looking for something particular double check that.I did see before the holidays they were like 40 a set. And now they are 20 a set. So… totally shop around.I do think they are a bit spendy for what they are. But they are fun to fidget with.

The Tygor figure is good but Viper has issues stretching and the sand inside is rock solid. Stretching Viper might mean destroying the figure.

Fun toys for a great deal!
These were awesome. My son loved them. The purple one is filled with a water like substance whereas the orange one is filled with a substance that has the same consistency as like melted hard Candy (and as sticky as it). My son did tear the orange one but it’s because he was irresponsible with it, it was not due to the durability or quality of the toy. It was a good price for what I had researched elsewhere and shipping was fast!

Not as good as you think.
The kids wanted some of these after they got the trex one as a gift.The trex one was firm but stretchy. Felt like squishing clay or hard play dough. These 2 are filled with a water substance and have bones or skulls in them. The triceratops either came with a puncture or had one within minutes of opening. I have tried putting a spot of glue over it since it is small but the glue pops off when you stretch or squeeze it. So basically only got 1 dino to play with for the money. Really would have preferred ones filled with whatever was in the trex, better feeling and stretch.Overall not super impressed wish I had bought in store so I would have known they were not the same. Durability low.

Kids love them
My 7 year old son loves them! Surprisingly I do too. He takes them everywhere and other kids love playing with them as well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the color on the pants and hands comes off pretty quick.

Not durable
My boys were so excited to get these. One is 5 and one is 3. They’re rough. But after having for a few weeks there’s rocks coming out of rock jaw and as you see all the paint is rubbing off. The Shark, it got a hole in it and the insides was coming out. Not very durable at all.

BEST TOY OF THE YEAR! The purple one can shoot water out of his mouth and has very far range especially for a toy! The orange one can open his mouth and is very very stretchy, and its true it can stretch up to 3X HIS SIZE!! These toys will distract your kids for HOURS no joke! Tygor and Viper was a much awaited item to my son’s collection,however, Tygor clothes/have rubbed off after two months. Viper’s sand made it almost impossible to stretch.very disappointed

I had no idea what to buy for a five year old boy as a fifth birthday gift. I asked my nephew and he was so excited to give his personal opinion that goo jitzu figures are supremely cool. I’m so glad I took his expert testimony. The birthday boy’s face LIT up to see the shark and Dino. He loved the textures so much and played with them all night. Great gift!

My son loves these toys. We usually do not get the squishier ones, but wanted to try something different. One of ours sprung a leak pretty quickly. Nothing to fuss over though, he still uses the toy.

Item was in great shape with no damage to the cardboard back or plastic which hold the figures. I can’t speak for little girls, but if you have a little boy they’ll probably love these. Mine does and is the reason I even know about these and am collecting them now.

Awesome but one flaw
These are durable and very satisfying to play with! But the only issue is that the paint on them keeps wearing off. So for the alligator (Rockjaw) I had to color the shorts the gloves and the boots with a sharpie so the paint would not wear off. Same thing with the shark (Thrash) I had to color his tattoo as well. Amazing price though. When the first series came out, the packs that came in two, we’re about 20$. Amazing that the price is so low! Great gift for kids but hopefully it lasts long enough. They glow very well. But Rockjaw is a little bad with the glowing. It’s more of a mild glow. But thrash glows very well. Overall good gift and it doesn’t last very long with the paint job. The new figures are better and more advanced with how they are made. They glow way better I real life than they do in the photo.

This was a great buy! Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Galaxy Blast would make a great gift to give to a child. My product arrived in good condition in a box labeled Heroes of Goo Jit Zu . The Goo Jit Zu toys are good quality and look durable ,but they are squishy and stretchy So they are not ideal for play on rough or sharp surfaces like rocks or other toys that might puncture them . My son loves them! He was very happy with his purchase . They are now one of his favorite toys and he is already wanting to purchase more.

Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Rock Jaw and Thrash multi pack
We ordered this for our son for Easter. It was delivered super quick and it was in great shape. In previous reviews it was noted that RockJaw had an issue with the black parts coming off, so we knew that when we purchased it. However, it only took about 3 hours of him playing with it, for a lot of the black parts to come off or at least peel off. I expected it to last longer than that. My son wasn’t playing hard with it, just normal play and the tattoo on it’s arm was off and the hands, feet, and pants were peeling. Thrash the shark, has held up better with this, although he only has the pants to worry about. The coloring has stayed on fine with that. Overall a great toy! My son loves them and has spent hours playing with them. He loves that both are glow in the dark.

Room for Improvement
I came across these figures through Vat19’s YouTube channel and decided to buy a few for my 3 year old daughter. I bought both 2-packs; Tygor vs. Viper and Thrash vs. Rockjaw, as well as the single Blazagon. The Tygor vs. Viper pack was the first to arrive, so this review will be based on them. In short; I was not impressed. First, Tygor was no different than the myriad of stress toys out there. He is filled with water and some shiny strips which is the same gimmick as other stress toys. My main issue is with Viper. He’s only filled with sand and I believe that’s the main problem. Based on the video I saw, Viper is supposed to be able to stretch and revert back to its shape rather quickly. However, whenever I stretch him, the sand inside breaks into small clumps rather than having a fluid sand consistency to it. I’m assuming that this is due to the fact that the manufacturer sucked all the air out of Viper’s body, which in turn makes it impossible for the sand to flow freely. A possible solution would be to allow a little bit of air inside the body or fill it with some water, so the sand isn’t entirely dry. Additionally, because the sand breaks into clumps, the body remains in a distorted state for a very long time. It seems to take all night for it to revert to its neutral shape.Needless to say, this didn’t give me the best first impression. Fortunately, the other 2-pack of Thrash vs. Rockjaw, and Blazagon were MUCH better! I understand that this line was just released and mistakes are bound to happen, so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy more when the others are released in the future. However, I will steer clear of any that are filled with sand since I don’t want to have the same experience that I did with Viper.
