I bought my first mini to use at my office desk. It took a few minutes to understand the brewing sequence at first, because nothing seems to happen right away when you press the button. But I quickly learned that patience is key. It brews a nice cup and, aside from the occasional gurgle (fixed by “burping” the pump after brewing), I am very happy with the unit. The small footprint is a plus. For that reason, I just bought a second mini at the sale price to take up north to our camper next spring. It will replace a larger, older Keurig and free up some counter space.

The product worked well for me, going through about a dozen K-cups per week. The coffe was perfectly fine, and the machine was very convenient. After 28 months it failed and no longer activates.I have no idea whether 28 months is a good or a bad lifetime to expect of a product of this type, or compared to other products or to the expected design lifetime of this product. I will say that I would have hoped for a longer life, and don’t like that it wil now result in plastic and e-waste as it is too inexpensive to be worth attempting to repair.

Easy and quick for single cups of coffee. I like that there is no large reservoir because it ensures fresh water each time. Research some good K-cups for the best flavor/quality, but don’t expect barista level since it’s not espresso or freshly ground beans. Gets the job done. Also- seems to work best with the biodegradable cups since they are much easier to pierce with the spike than the plastic/foil-topped ones.

I actually have three of these. One at home, one at the vacation house, and one that I take with me when I work away from home for long periods of time. I haven’t had a single problem with any of them. I use the reusable stainless cups and I’ve found this to be one of the most efficient and cost effective ways to make hot beverages.

I gave this to a friend as a Christmas gift last year, she loves it. It is easy and quick to make a cup of coffee any time. And it is so easy to operate. I would like to get one for myself. Would recommend this to anyone.

Like the size of the mini, love the color! Doesn’t allow full flavor of the coffee however, like many of the Keurigs. I got tired of the coffee grounds and washing out a pot for 1 cup of coffee, so this works okay for me.

I recently wanted to start drinking brewed coffee as the milk in lattes was upsetting my stomach. I had an older Keurig that had conked out. I live in a condo, not that much counter space and anyway I hate clutter. I ordered this little machine and I am so happy that I did. I carefully reviewed the many reviews, some really negative, and I decided to go for it anyway. It is a perfect little machine, doesn’t take up that much space, and makes absolutely wonderful coffee. Being from Seattle, I am used to good coffee. I use Peets. I like everything about this machine. I bought a black one. It looks great on my counter. Go for it!

I didn’t want a reservoir that would start growing things. This Keurig doesn’t have a tank. You just pour the water in (up to 12 ounces) for the individual cup. So far I’m very happy with everything about this Keurig. 🙂

I’m a senior, so I don’t make much coffee. When I saw this on sale, I grabbed it. I’ve had a few weeks and I just now getting used to it. The directions as written are confusing, but I finally figured it out. You have to open the main lid TWICE for it to work properly. First, add your water. Next, simply open the main lid (do NOT add your coffee). Now, just close the lid. It will not seal completely, that’s okay. Bring down handle. The light shaped like a bow will come on and begin to blink. That means it is heating up the coils. It takes about a minute. When the light stops blinking, for the SECOND time open the main lid and now insert your coffee tab, pushing it down to break seal. Now close the lid. Again, it will not completely seal. Bring down handle. Now just push the large silver button. The water will exit the reservoir to heat up and your coffee will drip into the cup. Makes a perfect cup of coffee!

I liked this Keurig very much, as it worked great!I returned it because I wanted a large one. This is perfect if you have limited counter space. Also: Each time you make a cup of coffee, you have to put water in the reservoir.
