    Love this blend
    I’ve used several different blends of pellets for my pit boss and by far the apple blend is my favorite. I season my tenderloin with only sea salt and pepper but there is a difference in the taste from apple to say competition or hardwood.

    Is what it is
    There pellets are ok but I always sifted them to get out the saw dust. It seems to help me avoid clogs and I seem to only get clogs with pit boss pellets in my pit boss smoker. But there worth the price but I would not do a over night smoke with them

    We used these apple wood pellets in an electric smoker (Pit Boss) with brined salmon and steelhead. Good smoke output and flavor.

    Okay, I love pitboss products. But the flavor for these is simply not there. Zero apple flavor. Last about as long as other pellet brands.

    Good flavor but temperature issues
    Great flavor but with this particular bag I got the Temps fluctuations drove me crazy. In the 9 hr butt smoke it was constantly a variant of 15 to 20 degrees the back up to temp. The Whole time. I’m used to a average of 10 degree swing but never this much. User error? Idk but with other store brands never had this issue.

    Just go to the store and buy them yourself
    To be honest I should have just went and got them myself. The bag was ripped when I opened the box the pellets were swollen due to moisture. Not happy about this.
