I’ve tried over 10+ bottles for my 2 year old and ordered this as my last hope. Some reviews had me worried about mold but I haven’t any issues. I wash the bottle throughly every day or twice a day if needed. My son needed a water bottle for daycare so I ordered this and I’m glad I did! It keeps the water cool for hours! I take apart bottle and clean the inside and straw with a brush.I’ve tried most munchkin brand bottles including the weighted straw bottles and didn’t like those. The camelbak bottle seemed great until I found mold at the straw part which was hard to clean so I tossed it and found the thermos one. Now I have 2! One for home and one for daycare.

Our 5yo loves this. I put two ice cubes in and fill with milk to send for school. As long as it is not too hot, the thermos does a good job of keeping the milk fresh for lunch. She can open and close it on her own. The silicone seal/straw part comes out of the plastic lid. This is important for cleaning and we run the three parts (lid, silicone part, and cup) through dishwasher 5x per week without issue. A pipe cleaner style tool for cleaning straws can be helpful for keeping clean. If anything other than water is in it, it is important to wash well same day as any milk or sugary drink (e.g., juice) is much harder to get out of the silicone straw if it is left in there too long.

My grandson loves Minecraft now. I gave him this water bottle for his birthday and he loves it! It is very well made, does not leak, is easy to clean and looks great. If you put a few ice cubes in it with the water it will keep the water cold all day long or overnight on a bedside stand. This water bottle would make an excellent gift and I would definitely recommend it!

This is the 2nd Thermos for my 2 year old. Got her the first one at 18 months as she had mastered the straw and got easily frustrated with the leak proof straw bottles which discouraged her from drinking. THIS IS NOT A LEAK PROOF STRAW unless lid is closed. But when closed the bottle will not leak. I believe the marketing makes that clear. Like most clumsy two year olds, she has dropped this bottle many times or left it upside down with no spilling in my LV tote (with the lid closed). With that said, the first few days we spent some time playing with my little one and created a game of repetition; “Open, drink and close. Open drink and close.” Didn’t take too much time/effort just reminding her and she thought it was so fun. This was important because I read that it wasn’t leak proof and I wanted her to learn how to close it after drinking to avoid spills. She’s still developing her speech and communication so I wanted her to be able to hydrate herself in case she couldn’t communicate thirst. I’m impressed at how much water she drinks now, which we struggled with. She drags her bottle everywhere like our Target runs. She’s picky with water and won’t drink it room temperature. The bottle keeps her water cool with a little. She subconsciously closes the lid now. But again, we trained her that way and tots are quick learners. So no issues/complaints these past 8 months. It’s easy to Clean and the replacement straws are under $5 for a set of 2 at the red store. I do hand wash it though.

My nephew needed a water bottle for school and this works great! It keeps the straw cover and all he has to do it push the button to open the lid. Plus he loves minions!

No leaks so far and we have had it a few months. Only bummer is that the straw changed color due to the juices we store in the thermos. But other than that, my kindergartener is happy with my purchase!

My little one started kinder this year. I gave her a regular water bottle to bring to school. She would complain that the water wasn’t cold. I got her this and she loves it. It keeps the water at the temperature she likes and was drinking more water than before. But then, she lost it at school I bought her a new one in a different color. Now she has 2 since we were able to find the pink one she “misplaced” at school.

My kids love these. They are easy to use, hold and open. I don’t love the new plastic carrying handle because I know it won’t last like the metal one. My 1 1/2 year old can press the button easily to open it. They go with us everywhere!

This water bottle is perfect for my 3 and 5 year olds. It keeps their water cold and is leak-proof when the lid is closed. The lid protects the drinking straw from dirt and germs. It’s easy to clean with no nooks and crannies to grow mold. Ours have not been treated gently and they’re still going strong. My only complaint is it doesn’t come with a little brush for cleaning the straws, but we had plenty of those around from previous failed water bottles. Wish I had found this sooner!
